Time to give something back

People often ask me, "Art, why don't you write all this stuff down? You'll make a fortune!!". But I am not money-oriented. I'm not some American management guru who just wants to make loads of dosh for himself. I am a helper, not a charger. A giver, not a taker (no, I am not a homosexual, although I've nothing against them --each to their own, whatever gets you going).

So I'm just going to collate here my many experiences as a middle manager. OK, so maybe being a middle manager is not as glamorous as being CEO in some big FTSE company, but just ask yourself this: where would those CEOs be without a solid base of middle managers?

Think on.
